Salted caramel and raspberry protein doughnut recipe

Ingredients:

60g stewed Apple mashed up into a purée(cheat tip: microwave Apple chunks and mash them to save effort)

1/4 teaspoon baking powder,

40g myproteinuk  impact whey salted caramel flavour,

30g plain flour,

30 g raspberries chopped into tiny pieces,

1 egg,

60g fat free yoghurt,

20g butter.

Melt the butter, let it cool a bit then mix in the egg, yoghurt and apple. Toss the flour, baking powder and protein powder together. Add the wet ingredients and mix together. Add the raspberries and mix in well. Spray a doughnut pan with 1 calorie spray, pour in the mixture to the pan, bake for 12 minutes at 175. Icing Is optional, I used quark mixed with myproteinuk zero butterscotch syrup for extra protein!
